- When having blood drawn, please call ahead and verify the center's requirements prior to going.
- Also - Please print a copy of your Lab Requisition and bring it with you when getting your blood drawn. To avoid making sure the blood center doesn't make a clerical error and select the wrong physician, verify the doctor name and address prior to leaving. If the center selects the wrong physician, the patient will receive the bill.
